Duration of registration until publication of supplementary protection certificates at the DPMA

In Germany, it takes an average of around 3 months (median = 100 days) from registration to publication of SPCs:

Number of SPC application / active ingredient (combination)

Often several protection certificates are applied for for one active ingredient or combination of active ingredients. Not all are granted.
